Candidates are assigned to testing centres on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is full,
candidates may be offered an alternate site based upon availability. The CMOEB cannot accept
payment of any kind over the phone or by email. All correspondence will be sent by email. You
must add exams@cmoeb.org to your contact list to ensure emails are not flagged as spam.
Confirmation will be sent by the CMOEB within one week of receipt of application or
correspondence. If you do not receive this confirmation within one week, please e-mail us. An
application is considered deficient until all items (application, fees, photo and transcript
requirement) have been received.

Successful passing of the board exams is one requirement of receiving a certificate of registration from International Osteopathic Association (IOA). IOA members may practice in all provinces of Canada including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Yukon, & Nunavut.
